Differences between low-voltage distribution cabinets and low-voltage switchgear
Oct 12, 2023
Differences between low-voltage distribution cabinets and low-voltage switchgear:
1. Define differences.
The rated voltage of the low-voltage distribution cabinet is 50Hz AC and the rated current is 380V. Distribution system, used for electromagnetic energy conversion and control of switching power supplies, lighting fixtures, and distribution equipment. This equipment has the characteristics of strong breaking capacity, good dynamic heat resistance, sensitive electrical equipment design, convenient assembly, product serialization, convenient use, and novel structure.
Low voltage distribution cabinets are suitable for power stations, crude oil, chemical plants, textile industry, multi-layer buildings and other fields, and are used for power transmission and distribution, distribution equipment, and electromagnetic energy conversion. This product complies with the specifications of GB7251.1-2013 Low Voltage Complete Equipment Switchgear (IDTIEC60439-1999). The low-voltage switchgear is a product listed in the 3C certification and verification product catalog.
2. Differences in spare parts.
The components of low-voltage distribution cabinets include: distribution boxes mainly include: wiring terminals, various blade switches, maintenance equipment (leakage switches, circuit breakers, etc.), measurement equipment (ammeters, ammeters, frequency meters, etc.), and measurement equipment (active and reactive power meters). There are many types of low-voltage distribution cabinets, with significant differences in components.
Taking the power cabinet as an example, from top to bottom are: CNC blade power switch, voltage transformer, leakage switch, and leakage protection switch for each branch. If the electrical load is directly controlled, there are AC contactors, thermal relays, and branch voltage transformers under the branch leakage protection switch. Naturally, there are also galvanometers, ammeters, working voltage switches, and indicator lights. The components of low-voltage switchgear include: low-voltage distribution cabinet is a type of switchgear. The components inside the switchgear mainly include isolation switches, high-voltage isolation switches, high-voltage load switches, operating mechanisms, voltage transformers, and various protective caps.
There are many classification methods for low-voltage switchgear. For example, according to the installation method of isolation switches, they can be divided into mobile switchgear and fixed switchgear. Or according to the different structure of the box, it can be divided into switchgear, metal enclosed switchgear, and metal armored cable switchgear. According to the different rated voltages, it can be divided into high-voltage switchgear and low-voltage switchgear. Mainly suitable for power stations, chemical plants, residential areas, textile industry, light industry, textile industry, residential areas, etc.
