Classification of KYN28-12 high voltage switchgear

May 17, 2021

1. Power inlet cabinet: main power inlet, (main inlet cabinet) equipped with main circuit breaker;

2. Outgoing line cabinet: Outgoing line switch cabinet of the power distribution system, with lower-level electrical equipment, sometimes called feeder cabinet, etc.;

3. Metering cabinet: It measures and records the power of power supply. Simply put, it is an watt-hour meter used to collect money. (It contains PT, CT and watt-hour meter)

4. Bus-connected cabinet: When the system has two power supply lines, and the two power lines are standby for each other, it is necessary to connect the main busbars of the two power sources. The switchgear that connects the two busbars is called the bus-connected cabinet. Note: Bus-connect The cabinet and the two-way incoming cabinet are generally prohibited to be closed at the same time

5. High-voltage PT cabinet: Install voltage transformers to monitor and protect the bus voltage;

6. High-voltage capacitor cabinet: Generally, the capacitor cabinet connected to the main bus of the system is used for centralized reactive power compensation, and it is generally installed in parallel with the incoming cabinet.

In addition, KYN28-12 high-voltage switch cabinets are sometimes called middle cabinets. That is, armored movable indoor high-voltage switch cabinets. There are conventional high-voltage frequency conversion cabinets, high-voltage motor protection cabinets, etc.Specific can be based on site requirements.
