(1) In place. It is necessary to ensure that the workplace is clean and the safe passage is unobstructed. Transport the van-type substation to the installation site. When hoisting, the hoisting rope should be rigorously hoisted. The hook should be used flexibly to pass the hoisting rope into the hook. Then, test hoisting is performed to check the endurance of the hoisting rope. The shell is stable, safe, and accurately in place.
(2) Combine and arrange the shells in the order of reasonable layout of the design plan. Align the shells on both sides, then hook up the wires, choose the correct alignment, and make the face of the shell stable.
(3) After the composed shell is aligned and the ground is leveled, the box and the box should be connected firmly with hot-dip galvanized screws.
(4) Grounding device: The grounding device of the van-type substation shall be individually connected to the basic channel steel, and serial connection is prohibited. The grounding trunk line is immediately connected to the N busbar and PE busbar of the van-type substation, and the grounding device of the substation box, support frame or chassis is connected with screws containing fastening equipment. The connection should be tightened and reliable, and standard parts are available.
(5) The box-type substation should basically be higher than the indoor floor, and the surrounding drainage pipes should be unobstructed.
(6) For box-type substations, screw caps that are fixed with anchor screws are all available, tightly tightened, and those placed at will should be leveled and adjusted.
(7) The high and bottom pressure chambers in the aluminum panel should be equipped with lighting equipment.
(8) The box body needs to have technical measures such as waterproof and rainproof, sun-proof isolation, anti-rust treatment, anti-fouling, waterproof and anti-essence.
(9) When installing high-voltage or bottom piezoelectric meters in box-type substations, be sure to wire the phase difference accurately and install them in a location that is helpful for query.
