Prefabricated Combined Substation

The prefabricated combined substation is used in 6~12kV ring network or radial grid power supply system outdoor type complete power distribution device. The product is a combination of 6-12kV high-voltage switchgear, 6-12kV/0.4kV power transformers with a maximum rated capacity of 1600kVA and low-voltage switchgear, installed in a closed box to form an independent substation accessible to the public.

The product has the characteristics of strong complete set, compact structure, small volume, easy to move, easy to install and maintain. It is suitable for installation in construction sites, factories, mines, oil fields, residential quarters, commercial centers, streets and other places. It can reach the load center to the greatest extent, receive electric energy, transform voltage, and supply power to low-voltage users.

Use environment:

Altitude: The altitude does not exceed 2000m

Ambient temperature: the ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃, not lower than -25℃, and the average temperature within 24h is not higher than +35℃

Ambient humidity: The relative humidity of the surrounding air does not exceed 50% when the highest temperature is +40°C, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (for example, 90% at +20°C), but temperature changes should be taken into account

Seismic intensity: no more than 8 degrees

Installation environment: For outdoor installation and use, it should be installed in a place where there is no severe vibration and impact and where the electrical components are not corroded. The inclination of the vertical degree during installation should not exceed 5 degrees.
