Description

Packaged substation, also called prefabricated substation. As a new type of power supply and distribution device, it has greater advantages than traditional civil substations. Such as small size, small footprint, compact structure, flexible movement, etc., greatly reducing the time and area of on-site construction, and also reducing construction costs. At the same time, prefabricated substations are easy to install on site, can realize fast power supply, and are almost maintenance-free. The most special thing is that it is placed in the load center, thereby effectively reducing power loss, thereby improving power quality, enhancing power supply reliability, and is also of great significance for the transformation of the distribution network.

The substation completes functions such as energy conversion, distribution, transmission, metering, compensation, system control, protection and communication.

Fengyuan's prefabricated substation consists of high-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchboard, distribution transformer and enclosure. The high-voltage switch cabinet adopts air load switch, and the transformer is dry type or oil-immersed type. The substation adopts good ventilation structure, beautiful appearance and good heat insulation performance. Due to the upper and lower ventilation windows, the increase in cabin temperature caused by outdoor solar radiation can be reduced to a minimum. Substations should be installed with forced ventilation devices and automatic temperature control devices. Control, protection, real-time display and lighting systems are installed in each individual unit.
