GCS Withdrawable Switchgear Panel

Suitable for AC 50~60HZ, rated working voltage AC 380V, rated insulation voltage 660V, 1600KVA and below distribution transformer power system as power distribution, power, lighting, reactive power compensation, motor control center. In the standard cabinet, a hybrid system of fixed and withdrawable solutions is designed to meet the different needs of users.

Main Features

1. The frame is a combined structure, and the basic skeleton is assembled from C-shaped steel.

2. Each cabinet is divided into three compartments, namely horizontal busbar compartment, drawer compartment and cable compartment.

3. Compact design: accommodate more functional units in a smaller space.

4. The structural parts have strong versatility and flexible assembly. With E=25mm as the modulus, the structure and withdrawable units can be combined arbitrarily to meet the needs of system design.

5. The drawer adopts the double-folded positioning groove rivet riveting process. At the same time, the double-folded and rivet technology solves the defects of sheet burrs and self-tapping screws that hurt hands.

6. Drawers are divided into 1/4 unit drawer, 1/2 unit drawer and full width drawer (drawer height: 6E 8E 12E 16E 24E, E=25mm). All parts are molded at one time, which truly realizes 100% interchangeability of drawers of the same specification.

7. The instrument panel adopts an open hollow structure, which is convenient for component installation, wiring and testing. Component installation space is increased.

8. The protection class of the cabinet is IP4X.
