Description

Low-voltage switchgear distribution board devices are suitable for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, building materials, textiles, and high-rise buildings. In large power plants, petrochemical systems and other places with a high degree of automation and computer interfaces, it is used as a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, rated working voltage of 380V (400, 660) V, and rated current of 4000A and below. Structural features

1. The main frame adopts 8MF type open section steel, and the main frame assembly is designed into two types, fully assembled structure and partial (side cabinet and beam) welded structure. The two sides of the section steel have ø9 with modulus of 20mm and 100mm respectively. 2mm mounting hole, flexible and convenient internal installation;

2. The functional rooms of the device are isolated from each other, and the compartments are divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms and cable rooms, and the functions of each room are relatively independent;

3. The horizontal main busbar adopts the horizontal arrangement behind the cabinet to enhance the resistance of the busbar against electric power. It is a basic measure to make the main circuit of the device have high short-circuit strength capability;

4. The design of the cable compartment is very convenient for cables to enter and exit up and down.
