Features
The switchgear is designed according to the armored metal-enclosed switchgear in GB3906-91. The whole is composed of two parts: the cabinet and the middle-mounted withdrawable part (that is, the handcart). The cabinet is divided into four separate compartments, the enclosure protection level is IP4X, and the protection level of each compartment and circuit breaker room is IP2X when the door is opened. With overhead incoming and outgoing wires, cable incoming and outgoing wires and other functional schemes, a variety of wiring schemes can be formed after arrangement and combination. The switchgear can be installed, debugged and maintained from the front, so it can be arranged back-to-back or installed against the wall, which improves the safety and flexibility of the switchgear and reduces the area occupied.
The cabinet body is made of aluminum-zinc-clad board, which is light in weight, high in mechanical strength and beautiful in appearance.
The skeleton of the handcart is assembled from steel plates processed by CNC machine tools. The handcart and the cabinet are insulated and matched, and the mechanical interlocking is safe, reliable and flexible.
In terms of safety, pressure relief devices are installed above the circuit breaker handcart room, busbar room and cable room to release pressure to ensure the safety of operators and switch cabinets.
