KYN18-12 mobile high voltage distribution switchgear is a new product, its outstanding advantages are as follows:

1. The shell is completely made of aluminized zinc steel plate, and processed by CNC, and then assembled with bolts. The structure is free of corrosion and deformation.

2. LV cabin and HV cabin are completely separated by metal plates. As the protection level reaches IP4X, it can prevent spreading to other areas.

3. The effective error-proof interlock function ensures that each operation step is in compliance with the prescribed procedures.

4. Integrated and reliable performance can ensure that it is maintenance-free.

5. The trolley can be pulled out and replaced flexibly.

6. The grounding switch with fast switching function has the capability of short-circuit current.

7. The secondary wiring will be buried in the metal channel to prevent damage caused by internal faults.

Structural features

1. The shell is made of aluminum-zinc-coated steel plate or cold-rolled iron plate by CNC machine tool processing and multiple bending, which ensures the advantages of high precision and strong corrosion resistance.

2. The whole panel is divided into four independent compartments, namely the busbar room, the trolley room, the cable room and the relay room. It is equipped with five protection lock devices.

3. There is an exhaust channel at the top of each compartment. The top cover will automatically open to relieve pressure and ensure the safety of the operator.

4. There is a valve mechanism between the trolley room, the busbar room and the cable room. When the trolley is pulled out, the valve will automatically close, and then cover the main static contact to ensure the safety of maintenance personnel.
