Description

GCK control switchgear panels are widely used in power plants, substations, power distribution centers, factories and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings.

GCK structural features

1. The internal structure is galvanized, and the external is pickled and phosphated.

2. The cabinet is made of section steel and is positioned by 3D gussets.

3. The mounting holes of the strip frame and parts change according to the modulus E = 25mm.

4. There are two types of motor control center (MCC) switchgear: wall-mounted and non-wall-mounted. The top is the horizontal busbar area, and the horizontal area is the drawer functional unit area.

5. The structure of the power center (PC) feeder cabinet is similar to that of the input circuit cabinet. When the feed current is 630A~1600A, a cabinet of 1000 * 1000 * 2200 (width * depth * height) can be installed with two upper and lower circuits.

6. The drawer function unit and the door are mechanically interlocked through the operating mechanism of the main switch. The functional unit compartment is separated by loose metal, the drawers are interchangeable, and have a working position, a test position and a separation position.
