Box Type Metal Enclosed Switchgear

XGN2-12 series box type metal enclosed switchgear is suitable for receiving and distributing electric energy in three-phase AC 50Hz, 3.6, 7.2, 12kV single bus and single bus section system. It is especially suitable for indoor occasions with frequent operations.

This switchgear complies with the requirements of the national standard GB3906 "3-35kV AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear" and the international standard IEC298, and has a perfect anti-misoperation function.

Conditions of Use

1. Ambient temperature: -20℃-+40℃.

2. Relative humidity: the daily average value is not more than 95%, and the monthly average value is not more than 90%.

3. The altitude does not exceed 1000m.

4. A place free from fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.

Features of box type metal enclosed switchgear

1. The cabinet body is welded by angle steel, or it can be bolted by section steel, and the structure is covered with steel plate.

2. The cabinet is composed of four independent compartments: busbar room, circuit breaker room, relay room and cable room, each room is separated by a metal sealing plate.

3. Both the cover and the door are made of steel sheet bending. During normal operation and maintenance, the door can be opened without the use of tools in accordance with normal operating procedures.

4. The circuit breaker is fixedly installed in the circuit breaker compartment with pressure release channel.

5. Wire in and out can be from the top of the cabinet overhead, or from the bottom of the cabinet.

6. The switch cabinet is maintained on both sides and is not installed against the wall. Lighting lamps are installed in both the circuit breaker room and the cable room.

7. There is a grounding copper bar parallel to the width of the cabinet under the front door, so that each cabinet can be safely and reliably grounded.

1. The switchgear can only be installed in an indoor place suitable for the work of electrical equipment.

2. Ensure that the installation, operation and maintenance are carried out by professional electrical personnel.

3. The applicability and safety of the connection conditions and working regulations of the on-site electrical equipment must be guaranteed.

4. All operations related to the switchgear must comply with the corresponding regulations in the manual.

5. Do not exceed the load specified in the technical parameters of the switchgear under normal working conditions.
