Single Phase Overhead Distribution Transformer

Single-phase pole-type distribution transformers are specially designed for distributed distribution networks and used to serve overhead distribution loads for urban and rural residents. They are also suitable for light and diverse power applications. These single phase overhead transformers are designed for the application conditions commonly encountered in public distribution systems.

Provides 2 basic transformer types and 2 metal core types of conventional type and fully self-protected type. For transformer cores, 2 types of materials are available: C.R.G.O. core and amorphous metal core.

It is designed from corrugated cardboard instead of oil storage tanks, so the oil is placed separately from the outside world. In addition, the coil and iron core are processed by vacuum drying. All these functions are designed to obtain better insulation performance. In return, the transformer does not need to change oil during long-term operation. 3. The vertical inclination angle is not more than 5°, without severe vibration and impact;

4. The air humidity does not exceed 90% (25°C);

5. No gas and conductive dust that will seriously affect the insulation of the transformer, no explosion hazard and corrosion of electrical components;

6. Outdoor wind speed does not exceed 35m/s;

7. If the service conditions exceed the above range, special customized products can be provided.
