Outdoor Box Type Prefabricated Combined Substation

Prefabricated transformer substation is a compact substation which combines high voltage switch system,low voltage distribution panel,distribution transformer,electric energy calculation part and power compensation device.

Service condition

1. Altitude: ≤1000m (above sea level)

2. Ambient temperature: highest and lowest 40C -25℃

The highest monthly average temperature: ≤35C

The highest annual average temperature: ≤25C

3. Relative humidity: daily average ≤95%, monthly average ≤90%

4. Maximum daily temperature difference: 25℃

5. Intensity of sunshine: 0.1W/CM2 (wind speed 0.5M/S);

6. Outdoor wind speed: ≤35m/s;

7. Pollution level: level three;

8. Rainproof grade: level 3;

9. The slope of the installation site should not be greater than 3°;

10. Seismic resistance: the ground horizontal acceleration is 0.2g

The ground vertical acceleration is 0.1g;

11. Installation site: There should be no fire/explosion hazard/severe pollution/chemical substances

Feature

1. The frame of the substation is made of anticorrosive grooved steel and angle steel, so it is tough enough in terms of machinery and rigidity.

2. The shell material can be cold rolled steel plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum alloy plate, composite color plate.

3. The small rooms of the substation are divided into separate small rooms by steel plates. The small rooms can be arranged in various forms such as the Chinese characters "eye" and "level".

4. In order to facilitate monitoring and maintenance, the transformer room, high voltage room and low voltage room are all equipped with lighting devices.

5. The substation cover is designed with two layers to prevent heat radiation and increase the indoor temperature.

6. The transformer mainly uses natural ventilation. When the temperature exceeds the set value, the axial fan on the top will automatically start to control the room temperature of the transformer.

7. All rotating connecting parts are equipped with sealing devices, which have good moisture resistance.

8. Perfect protection performance, convenient operation, and perfect "five prevention" functions on the high-pressure side to ensure safe maintenance.

9. Compact structure, beautiful appearance, can be used in conjunction with the surrounding environment.
