S11-M Oil-immersed Power Transformer:

S11-M-30-2000/10 fully sealed oil-immersed transformer is suitable for power systems with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 10kV and below, as petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, textile, light industry and other enterprises and places with heavy dust Distribution transformer.

The manufacture of the transformer complies with IEC 60076 (or other requirements).

The magnetic core is made of low-loss, high-permeability crystal-oriented steel plate, and the step section has a 45° joint step lap assembly, and is equipped with a cooling channel.

The winding conductors are all made of 99.9% E-CU electrolytic copper.

Depending on the design of the transformer, the windings can be continuous or staggered discs, or simple or multiple spirals.

Structure Features:

1. Iron core

The iron core is made of high-permeability ferromagnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet. The iron core is a heart-shaped iron core, a fully oblique joint laminated iron core, the iron core column is a multi-step circular section, and the iron yoke and the iron core are of equal section.

2. Winding

The winding adopts corrugated winding oil passage, no paint process, and tightening tape binding; windings are all concentric coils; high-voltage windings have taps corresponding to the tap voltage requirements and lead to the tap switch, which is installed on the box cover and needs to The tap voltage can be changed after cutting off the power supply.

3 Full protection device
