GCK low voltage electrical switchgear is composed of two parts: power distribution center (PC) cabinet and motor control center (MCC). It is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, AC 50/60Hz, maximum working voltage to 690V power distribution system, maximum working current to 4000A, as the power distribution control energy conversion of electric motor control and lighting distribution equipment. The product complies with the IEC439 standard, and also complies with the national standard of GB7251 low-voltage switchgear and control equipment. It has the advantages of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, advanced and reasonable structure, and practical electrical scheme. Various program units can be combined arbitrarily. There are many circuits to be accommodated in the cabinet, which can save space, is beautiful, has high protection level, is safe and reliable, and is easy to maintain.

Main feature:

●The switch cabinet is assembled with an assembly structure, the module holes are installed, the parts are common, and the applicability is strong.

●The modulus of the drawer height is 200MM. It is divided into five sizes: 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 1 and 1/2 unit, 2 unit and 3 unit. The rated current of the unit circuit is less than 400A.

●More than one drawer can only change the height dimension, while the width and depth of the drawer remain unchanged. The drawers of the same functional unit have good interchangeability.

●The upper passenger compartment, the front, rear and outlet rooms of the electrical room, each functional room with steel plate or insulation board is isolated from each other, separated, clear and reliable, and not because of the failure of one unit and the influence of work on other units , The fault is limited to the minimum range to ensure safety.

●Connectors with the same specification table structure have different number of connections according to the current size of each inlet and outlet line.

●The flat layout of the busbar makes the equipment have good dynamic and thermal stability, and can withstand the influence of 80/176KA short-circuit current.

●The same power distribution system can limit the short-circuit current by matching the current-limiting reactor, stabilize the bus voltage at a certain value, and partially reduce the requirements for the short-circuit strength of the components.

●The drawer unit has a sufficient number of two connectors to meet the demand for the number of contacts between the computer interface and the automatic control circuit.
