XGN series switchgear, rated voltage 10-40.5kv, is a SF6 gas insulated switchgear. This GIS has many types of units, V (vacuum circuit breaker) unit, C (load circuit breaker) unit, F (fuse combination unit), PT (voltage validator) unit and so on. All units can be combined according to customer requirements to achieve preset functions.
The switchgear has the advantages of compact size, maintenance-free and stable performance. Therefore, it is widely used in power transmission and distribution systems.
Environmental conditions
1. Ambient temperature: not higher than +40ºC, not lower than -15ºC (it can be stored and transported at -30ºC).
2. Altitude: no more than 1000m.
3. Earthquake intensity: no more than 8 degrees.
4. Wind pressure: ≤700pa
5. There is no place with fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and strong vibration
The switchgear is indoor gas insulated, factory assembled, fully enclosed, metal-clad, no dead ends, three-phase power distribution cabinet design (used in the SF6 isolation compartment of the circuit breaker and busbar system). It should be suitable for local and remote control.
The design of the switchgear ensures the best continuity and power supply reliability as well as operational safety. Each air chamber should have a separate inflation check valve, monitor the gas density through a temperature-compensated pressure sensor, and have its own pressure relief system.
