Our cast resin dry type transformers are automatically cast under vacuum and the insulation tape is very thin. The core is made of high-permeability oriented silicon wafers and is cast with imported epoxy resin. With advanced technology, high-quality raw materials, scientific management and perfect inspection methods
Reliable structure
The coil is reinforced with glass fiber and cast with filled epoxy resin under vacuum. It has good mechanical properties, no cracks and internal bubbles, less partial discharge, high reliability and long service life.
The high and low pressure system is cast under vacuum, so the coil will not absorb moisture. The iron core clamp is corrosion-resistant and may operate in high temperature or other harsh environments.
Quality materials
Flame retardant, explosion-proof, no environmental pollution. The insulating material in the coil (such as glass fiber) will self-extinguish, and will not cause a fire due to an arc caused by a short circuit. The resin will not produce toxic or harmful gases at high temperatures.
