Outdoor Box Type Prefabricated Combined Substation

Prefabricated transformer substation is a compact substation which combines high voltage switch system,low voltage distribution panel,distribution transformer,electric energy calculation part and power compensation device.

Service condition

1. Altitude: ≤1000m (above sea level)

2. Ambient temperature: highest and lowest 40C -25℃

The highest monthly average temperature: ≤35C

The highest annual average temperature: ≤25C

3. Relative humidity: daily average ≤95%, monthly average ≤90%

4. Maximum daily temperature difference: 25℃

5. Intensity of sunshine: 0.1W/CM2 (wind speed 0.5M/S);

6. Outdoor wind speed: ≤35m/s;

7. Pollution level: level three;

8. Rainproof grade: level 3;

9. The slope of the installation site should not be greater than 3°;

1. The frame of the substation is made of anticorrosive grooved steel and angle steel, so it is tough enough in terms of machinery and rigidity.

2. The shell material can be cold rolled steel plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum alloy plate, composite color plate.

3. The small rooms of the substation are divided into separate small rooms by steel plates. The small rooms can be arranged in various forms such as the Chinese characters "eye" and "level".

4. In order to facilitate monitoring and maintenance, the transformer room, high voltage room and low voltage room are all equipped with lighting devices.
