Product Usage
SC(B)10 epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer is manufactured according to the dry-type power transformer standard. It has the characteristics of low loss, good energy-saving effect, economic operation and maintenance-free. In addition to the metal with high process structure, short circuit resistance and lightning impact rating, it also has the characteristics of flame retardancy, moisture resistance, dust resistance and low noise, and can be connected to the load center. It is widely used in high-rise buildings, airports, stations, docks, power plants, substations, etc. It is especially suitable for places with high fire protection requirements for flammable and combustible materials. Can not provide IP00 protection grade, IP20 and IP23 protection grade protective cover according to customer requirements. The shell is made of ordinary steel plate, corrosion-resistant plate and aluminum alloy and other materials, and then pickled, phosphated and sprayed according to customer requirements. The temperature control indicator and load recorder are installed on the low-pressure side of the shell, which is easy to observe, safe and reliable.

Structural Characteristics:
Cast-foil Coil: Adopting the entire section of copper foil, together with the F-class turn insulation, low voltage winding is wound by the special low-voltage foil winding machine. The foil coil resolves such understanding problems as large short-circuit stress, uneven ampere turn, poor heat dissipation, existing the winding spiral angle as well as unsteady manual welding quality due to low voltage and large current coil winding products. At the same time, the winding end in our company is treated with resin potting, solidification to make shape, moisture-proof and anti-fouling, the lead copper platoon is automatically welded by argon arc welding.
Temperature Control Device: the transformer adopts BWDK series of signal thermometer. The temperature components, are embedded in the upper half of the low-voltage coil, can automatically detect and dynamically display the work humidity of phase coils and also have the functions of over-temperature alarm and trip.
