The fixed type high voltage switchgear is the latest generation of indoor complete power distribution equipment, with a three-phase AC 50Hz, 40.5kV single bus section system. 1. The main material of the cabinet adopts 2mm zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel plate or aluminum-zinc coated steel plate, and adopts double bending technology, which has the characteristics of high strength, good corrosion resistance, and good oxygen resistance. The parts are assembled using high-strength bolts or rivets, which have the characteristics of high assembly accuracy and good rigidity.

2. The door and terminal blind plate are sprayed with epoxy resin powder. The above-mentioned treatment method can ensure that the switch cabinet shell has a very strong corrosion resistance.

3. The frame has no welding points. Special rivets are used for assembly to ensure very high assembly accuracy.

4. Low-voltage room, maintenance trolley room, busbar room and cable room are sealed and isolated by steel plate isolation. Except for the low pressure compartment, all compartments are equipped with independent pressure relief channels.

5. Each functional unit is equipped with a door with lock and hinge.
