Air Insulated SF6 Ring Main Unit

General

SF6 ring main unit, with SF6 load switch as the main switch, the whole cabinet is suitable for power distribution automation, and is a compact and expandable metal enclosed switch cabinet. It has the characteristics of simple structure, flexible operation, reliable interlocking and convenient installation, and can provide satisfactory technical solutions for different applications and users. By adopting the latest sensor technology and protection relay, coupled with advanced technology and flexible assembly projects, SF6 ring main unit can fully meet the ever-changing market demand. It can be equipped with self-produced FLBS36 SF6 load disconnect switch; it can also be combined with the world-class VB4 series vacuum circuit breaker (permanent magnet mechanism manufactured by AREVA) or HD4 type SF6 circuit breaker manufactured by AREVA or manufactured by ABB according to user requirements HD4 type SF6 circuit breaker or a vacuum circuit breaker with permanent magnet mechanism assembled with our VS1-12. The operation method of the main switch inside the ring body can be manual or electrically driven. Used in conjunction with FTU and RTU, it can meet the requirements of "four controls".

Feature

1. The metal-clad fully enclosed structure can prevent dust and small animals from entering.

2. Through the observation window on the door panel, you can clearly see the switch position and general status.

3. The door and the switch operating handle are mechanically interlocked to ensure that the door cannot be opened when the switch is closed, and the switch cannot be closed when the door is open.

4. The switch cabinet uses vacuum switches and solid insulation materials. This environmentally friendly technology avoids the use of SF6 as an insulating gas.

5. The reliable five-proof interlock can effectively prevent misoperation.
