Dry Type Amorphous Metal Core Transformer

Overview

Amorphous alloy is a new type of material with excellent magnetic properties. Due to the rapid cooling and solidification technology, the structure of the amorphous alloy is completely different from that of silicon steel. Because of the disordered arrangement of metal atoms, amorphous alloys are easier to be magnetized and demagnetized. The no-load loss of dry-type amorphous metal core transformers is 75% lower than the value specified in the GB/T10228 standard, and the no-load loss is reduced by 15%.

The product is characterized by low no-load loss, no oil, flame retardancy, moisture resistance, crack resistance and maintenance-free. It can be used to replace ordinary dry-type transformers in high-rise buildings, business centers, subways, airports, stations, industrial and mining enterprises, power plants and other places. It is especially suitable for use in flammable and explosive places.

Our SCBH10 dry-type amorphous metal core transformer meets the following standards: GB1094.11-2007 "Dry Type Power Transformer", GB/T10228-2008" Technical Parameters and Requirements of Dry-Type Power Transformers", GB1094.1-2-1996 "Power Transformer", and GB1904.5-2003 "Power Transformer".

Structural features

The low-voltage coil of this product is wound with copper foil, and the high-voltage coil is wound with H-class high-strength enameled wire. The epoxy resin structure is reinforced by glass fiber, which has excellent crack resistance and moisture resistance. The iron core is rolled from an amorphous alloy strip. The structure is rectangular section, four frames and five columns or three frames and three columns.

Structural Characteristics:

Cast-foil Coil: Adopting the entire section of copper foil, together with the F-class turn insulation, low voltage winding is wound by the special low-voltage foil winding machine. The foil coil resolves such understanding problems as large short-circuit stress, uneven ampere turn, poor heat dissipation, existing the winding spiral angle as well as unsteady manual welding quality due to low voltage and large current coil winding products. At the same time, the winding end in our company is treated with resin potting, solidification to make shape, moisture-proof and anti-fouling, the lead copper platoon is automatically welded by argon arc welding.

Temperature Control Device: the transformer adopts BWDK series of signal thermometer. The temperature components, are embedded in the upper half of the low-voltage coil, can automatically detect and dynamically display the work humidity of phase coils and also have the functions of over-temperature alarm and trip.
