Amorphous alloy uses an advanced super quenching technology to spray iron, cobalt, boron, silicon and other liquid melts onto a high-speed chassis and cool down rapidly to form a thin strip of 0.02mm-0.04mm. It has excellent soft magnetic properties, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high electrical resistivity. SCBH15-50KVA dry-type amorphous alloy transformer is a contemporary advanced energy-saving dry-type transformer. No-load loss is 75% lower than GB/T10228 Table 4, and load loss is 15% lower than GB/T10228 Table 4; it is maintenance-free and resistant to damp heat , Fireproof, explosion-proof, small partial discharge, strong heat dissipation, etc., where ordinary dry-type transformers are now used (including airports, stations, urban subways, high-rise buildings and power plants, etc.) can be replaced by amorphous alloy dry-type transformers , It can be placed in the load center to meet the needs of the development of modern large cities with high-density loads. The high-voltage coil is wound with H-class high-strength enameled wire, the low-voltage is wound with copper foil, and is vacuum pressure cast. The iron core is rolled from amorphous alloy strip, with rectangular section, three-frame three-column structure, and zero flow Sequence magnetic flux, strong short circuit resistance.

Structural Characteristics:
Cast-foil Coil: Adopting the entire section of copper foil, together with the F-class turn insulation, low voltage winding is wound by the special low-voltage foil winding machine. The foil coil resolves such understanding problems as large short-circuit stress, uneven ampere turn, poor heat dissipation, existing the winding spiral angle as well as unsteady manual welding quality due to low voltage and large current coil winding products. At the same time, the winding end in our company is treated with resin potting, solidification to make shape, moisture-proof and anti-fouling, the lead copper platoon is automatically welded by argon arc welding.
Temperature Control Device: the transformer adopts BWDK series of signal thermometer. The temperature components, are embedded in the upper half of the low-voltage coil, can automatically detect and dynamically display the work humidity of phase coils and also have the functions of over-temperature alarm and trip.

Features:
1. The coil is wound with copper wire or foil, reinforced with glass fiber, epoxy resin is not added with filler, vacuum dried, degassed and dehumidified, and cast integrally, with high mechanical strength, short circuit resistance, and strong impact resistance.
2. The head and end of the high voltage winding and the intermediate taps adopt the embedded structure of copper inserts, which has good rigidity, is convenient for gear adjustment, and is beautiful and neat.
3. The iron core is made of high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with 45-degree fully inclined multi-step joints. The surface is covered with a resin insulation coating, which is resistant to moisture, rust and noise.
4. The iron core, clamps and coils are clamped by elastic parts to keep the coils in a stable compression state to reduce noise.
5. The transformer is designed for self-cooling, with longitudinal ventilation channels reserved inside the wall of the integrally cast high (low) voltage coil, which can be equipped with a forced air cooling device (cooling fan). After the forced air cooling device is adopted, the output capacity can be increased by 20 %.
6. Equipped with a thermostat, a platinum resistance (Pt100) is placed in the embedded hole on the top of the low voltage coil. It monitors the temperature rise of the transformer winding, automatically starts and stops the cooling fan, and is equipped with fault alarm, over-temperature alarm and over-temperature trip functions to provide a reliable overload protection device for dry-type transformers, thereby improving the safety of dry-type transformer operation.
Product structure:
1. Iron core: The iron core is made of imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, with a three-stage fully oblique seam structure, the core column is bound with class F latitude tape, and the surface of the iron core is encapsulated with epoxy resin, which reduces no-load loss Carrying current and iron sheet noise, special surface treatment of clamping parts and tight return parts, so that the product appearance quality has been further improved.
2. Temperature control system and air-cooling system: a cross-flow top-blowing cooling fan is adopted. The cooling fan has the characteristics of low noise, high air pressure and beautiful appearance, which enhances the overload capacity of the transformer. Temperature control adopts intelligent temperature controller, which improves the safety and reliability of transformer operation.
3. Protective housing and outlet busbar: The protective housing provides further safety protection for the transformer, and the protection levels are IP20, IP23, etc. The shell materials are aluminum alloy, cold rolled steel plate, stainless steel, etc. for users to choose. Low-voltage outlets use standard bus discharge lines, both side outlets and top outlets, and special outlets can also be designed for users.
