Precautions for installation of low-voltage distribution box

The use of low-voltage distribution boxes not only facilitates daily management and maintenance, but also improves safety guarantees. Therefore, the use of distribution cabinets is more and more widely used, from enterprise units, office buildings to residential areas; especially for one household One meter, many users have installed power distribution cabinets. But after all, it is equipment, and then in the process of continuous use, some problems that non-professionals can handle have appeared, which affects the life and property safety of individuals and even groups. Therefore, the installation must comply with strict procedures and technical requirements.


1. During installation, the power distribution cabinets should be placed on the foundation steel in sequence according to the layout of the construction drawings. The verticality adjustment of the cabinet surface and the side of a separate cabinet can be solved by adding a shim, but it should not exceed three pieces and be welded firmly. After each unit in the row of cabinets is in place, the levelness and panel deviation of the power distribution cabinet should be adjusted to meet the requirements of the construction code.


2.The installation of Henan low-voltage power distribution box should be embedded in the box, and the panel should be flat with the wall after installation; the wall-mounted, power distribution cabinet can be fixed on the wall by expansion bolts, but the hollow brick or block wall Pre-embedded dovetail bolts or use tension bolts for fixing. After the adjustment of the power distribution cabinet is completed, the cabinet body of the power distribution cabinet and the basic steel should be fastened with bolts.


3.The precautions for the grounding of the power distribution cabinet are as follows: each power distribution cabinet is connected to the basic steel separately, and copper wires can be used to reliably connect the PE row in the power distribution cabinet to the grounding bolt, and spring washers must be added to prevent loosening. Each cabinet door should be reliably connected to the PE row with copper braided wire.


4.The top of the low-voltage distribution box is connected to the bus bar, and the bus bar matching wrench should be used to tighten as required, and the contact surface should be coated with neutral petroleum jelly. When connecting the busbar between the power distribution box and the power distribution cabinet, pay attention to whether the busbar is too close to other devices or the shell, and pay attention to the correct phase.


5. After the control line is calibrated, simmer each core wire into a circle, and connect it to each terminal board with galvanized screws, eye circles, and spring pads. Generally, one terminal presses one wire on each side of the terminal board, and no more than two wires are allowed, and an eye circle is added between the two wires. Multi-strand wires should be tinned, and no broken strands are allowed.


6. Check the control circuit of the low-voltage switchgear: Check whether the circuit is loose due to transportation and other factors, and tighten them one by one, and whether the electrical components are damaged. Under normal circumstances, the control circuit of the power distribution cabinet and power distribution box is checked before leaving the factory, and the circuit inside the cabinet should not be adjusted privately. If there is a problem, you should contact the supplier.
